We had a fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff/family here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly friendly and efficient, always ensuring that our needs were met. The hotel itself is so clean and quiet, providing the perfect tranquil setting for a weekend ski trip. The location was ideal, with easy access to the ski slopes of Diedamskopf. And let's not forget about the food! The restaurant served delicious meals made with local ingredients and recipes, and the quality of the homemade meals was outstanding. We truly miss the mouthwatering dishes already! Additionally, we appreciated the sustainable practices implemented by this venue. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay.

We had a fabulous time as a family at this hotel during our ski trip. the location was ideal, just a short distance from the ski slopes of Diedamskopf. the room we stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. the bathroom was clean and well, maintained. the staff provided excellent service and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit everyone's tastes. the facilities, such as the spa area and the restaurant, were top, notch.

The food is amazing with fresh, local ingredients and homemade meals that are simply delicious. the staff/family is incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the hotel is also very clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The mattresses and pillows weren't very comfortable, and it would have been nice to have a cooling pool in the sauna. the church bells nearby can be quite loud early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep in.

Great food with local ingredients and quality homemade meals. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel was clean and quiet, perfect for a weekend ski trip. The sustainable practices of the hotel were appreciated.

Some spa activities required an extra fee which seemed unnecessary. The mattresses and pillows could be of better quality.
